2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface. No separate app download is required to access hahapk; however, the same Terms apply irrespective of access method.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside hahapk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hahapk. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions.
3.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use hahapk. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. hahapk enforces mandatory age verification on all new accounts before any deposit, withdrawal, or participation in real-money games is permitted.
3.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3.3 hahapk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. 3.4 hahapk does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who are prohibited from gambling under applicable laws. 3.5 hahapk employees, contractors, affiliates, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money game or promotion on the Platform.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on hahapk. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the name, contact details, or payment methods of another person — is strictly prohibited.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. hahapk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
4.4 You must notify hahapk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. hahapk reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate upon notification of a potential security breach, including but not limited to temporarily suspending your account pending investigation.
4.5 hahapk reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where it reasonably suspects that the registration information is inaccurate, fraudulent, or where continued operation of the account would violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable regulations.
4.6 All accounts are subject to KYC verification. hahapk may request supporting documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a first withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers an internal compliance review. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by hahapk may result in account suspension.
5.1 All account balances on hahapk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hahapk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change. The current list of available methods is displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
5.2 Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding gambling activity on hahapk. Using hahapk as a mechanism for currency exchange, fund transfer, or any purpose other than genuine gambling is prohibited and may result in account termination and funds review.
5.3 hahapk reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of transaction. Limits may be adjusted by hahapk at any time without prior notice.
5.4 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case hahapk will contact you to arrange an alternative. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. hahapk targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any ongoing compliance checks.
5.5 hahapk does not charge platform-level transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees independent of hahapk, for which hahapk bears no responsibility.
5.6 Funds deposited via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time the deposit is received. The applicable exchange rate is displayed prior to confirmation of the transaction.
5.7 Any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the promotion under which the bonus was awarded before they may be withdrawn. Cash balance withdrawals are processed before Bonus Fund balances are applied.
6.1 hahapk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, referral rewards, loyalty incentives, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated within that promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonuses are awarded on a per-player, per-promotion basis. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts or by any other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts and may result in account suspension.
6.4 hahapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified and received the bonus, the player's existing bonus entitlement will not be affected provided no abuse has been detected.
6.5 Bonus Funds cannot be used to meet minimum odds restrictions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Where a bet placed using Bonus Funds does not meet the stated minimum odds requirement, the stake will be deducted from Bonus Funds but will not count towards wagering requirement completion.
7.1 All bets placed on the hahapk sportsbook are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity between these general Terms and the specific sports betting rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to the resolution of bets.
7.2 All casino games offered on the hahapk Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by previous results or any external factor. Live casino games are operated by third-party studios and are subject to those studios' game rules in addition to these Terms.
7.3 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the hahapk system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. hahapk reserves the right to void bets where a clear technical or pricing error has occurred, where a match or event has been abandoned prior to the relevant betting market result being determined, or where evidence of match-fixing or other integrity issues has been reported by a recognised sports integrity body.
7.4 hahapk reserves the right to limit the maximum bet stake for any individual market, game, or player account. Stake limits will be communicated within the Platform interface at the time of bet placement where applicable.
7.5 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the records held in the hahapk system shall be treated as the primary source of truth, subject to the player's right to raise a formal complaint in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hahapk Platform:
8.1 Fraudulent Activity. Any attempt to defraud hahapk or other players, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, identity theft, or misrepresentation of personal information during registration or KYC.
8.2 Automated Betting Software. Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with games in a manner not available to standard human users.
8.3 Collusion. Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, sporting event, or betting market in a way that gives an unfair advantage to any party.
8.4 Money Laundering. Using the Platform for any transaction that constitutes, facilitates, or conceals money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
8.5 Multiple Accounts. Registering more than one account on hahapk for any purpose, including the circumvention of self-exclusion or bonus restrictions.
8.6 Abuse of Bonuses. Systematically exploiting promotion mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine gambling activity, including through matched betting, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.
8.7 Chargebacks. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of any hahapk deposit. Where hahapk determines a chargeback was unwarranted, the full amount subject to chargeback, plus any associated administrative costs, will be treated as a debt owed by you to hahapk.
9.1 All content on the hahapk Platform — including but not limited to the hahapk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hahapk or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of hahapk.
9.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to hahapk regarding the Platform or its Services may be used by hahapk without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hahapk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 hahapk does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of technical errors, or that any specific game or betting market will remain available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability.
10.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a bet, hahapk will investigate the matter and, where the malfunction can be confirmed by system logs, will void the affected transaction and return any stakes to the player's account. hahapk's maximum liability in respect of any single malfunction event shall be limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected transaction.
10.4 hahapk is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
11.1 hahapk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from the account dashboard.
11.2 If you set a deposit limit or activate self-exclusion on your hahapk account, you are bound by that restriction. You may not attempt to circumvent an active restriction by creating a new account, using another person's account, or by any other means. Circumvention of a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.
11.3 Permanent self-exclusion is an irreversible action. Once activated, your hahapk account will be permanently closed. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.1 You may request the closure of your hahapk account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, hahapk will process any pending withdrawals and return your remaining PKR balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.
12.2 hahapk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if hahapk reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, that your account has been involved in fraudulent or illegal activity, or that continued operation of your account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to hahapk.
12.3 Where an account is terminated by hahapk as a result of a confirmed breach, any balance attributable to fraudulent deposits, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be withheld pending a compliance investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately yours and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms, they will be returned.
12.4 Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply following the closure of your account.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hahapk holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute relating to the Platform or these Terms, you should first contact hahapk's customer support team at [email protected] with a full description of the issue. hahapk will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aims to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of acknowledgement.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through hahapk's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under hahapk's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution authority are available on request from the support team.
14.1 hahapk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — hahapk will provide notice through the Platform and/or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the hahapk Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
